Norland College (United Kingdom) - renowned worldwide for their excellence in early years education, training and research, this exciting partnership provides access to global best practices and innovative research from their Norland Educare Research Centre.

What will you learn?
Our curriculum covers essential topics to prepare you for real-world work in childcare and early learning environments.
Core topics include:
- Child growth and development and observation/assessment.
- Brain development and attachment formation.
- Communication strategies with parents, families and community organizations.
- Outdoor programming and wellbeing.
- Climate change and the impact on health.
- Speech and language development, early literacy, impact of screen time.
- Trauma, compassion and unconscious bias.
- Mentoring skills building competencies for continuous learning.
- Job search and career pathways.
You’ll also receive guidance on college and apprenticeship programs in Early Childhood Education.
How it works:
Our program combines flexibility with support, offering both independent learning and opportunities for live engagement and one-on-one support.
Virtual Learning Platform: Access our user-friendly education platform from your mobile phone, tablet or home computer (6 week training program includes some in-person certificate training in First Aid and CPR).
Live Sessions: Join scheduled online classes with expert instructors on key topics.
Coaching Support: Get help when you need it! During training and during your potential job placement.
Practical Experience: Additional 2 week placement opportunities for qualified participants.
Career Guidance: Explore the numerous career pathways and your local placement options with our job coach.
Scholarships available!
Participants who successfully complete the training and are accepted into a recognized college ECE program may apply for one of four $500 scholarships to support their continued education.
